Christy Tallamy will give a talk titled In Harmony Together: Building Collaborative Culture in Music Teaching Communities.  Strong music communities are not built by isolated studios, but by teacher willing to share ideas, encouragement, resources, and vision. This session explores how collaborative culture within local and state associations strengthens the profession, reduces burnout, and creates healthier experiences for both teachers and students. Attendees will examine practical ways to foster connection, mentorship, communication, and forward-thinking leadership within today's evolving music education landscape.
