NVMTA’s mission: to stimulate the study and enjoyment of music, to broaden the vision and expertise of its members, to promote musical culture in the community, and to reinforce the objectives of its state and national organizations.

NVMTA needs your financial support to continue offering musical events and opportunities for young people in the Northern Virginia community.

Your donation will help fund our General Operating Expenses unless otherwise indicated.

NVMTA offers 35 annual events from recitals, festivals, and competitions, to continuing education and professional development grants for teachers. We award $12,000 to student winners of piano, string, woodwind, and voice competitions.  In 2019, NVMTA received over 2000 registrants for its events.

Your donations in any amount will help provide these opportunities.

Thank you to our donors!  We appreciate your support.
