Congratulations to these four students whose compositions will be orchestrated and performed by the McLean Symphony this Sunday, March 4 at 3 pm at the Alden Theater in McLean:
“Overture to an Italian Story,” composed by Richard Malone (Elaine Gallo)
“Irony,” composed by Alex Worley (Rebecca Salt)
“Coral Fantasy,” composed by Karen Ma (Sheila Epstein)
“Journey,” composed by Paul Li (Nancy Breth)
Tickets to the concert can be purchased at a discount price of $15 by going to the MSO website (http://mclean-symphony.org/) and typing in MSFriends.
These students will also perform their pieces at the Composition Composition Honors Recital on Saturday, April 14, at 7 pm at the Woman’s Club of Arlington.
