FREE 1950's Krakauer Spinet Piano

I  would like to donate my current piano to a student looking for a piano.
My piano is a Krakauer spinet, manufactured 1950-1955, 58″ x 28″ x 38″, all keys and pedals function. The cabinet is in very good condition but for scuffing on the arms. I play it often and have kept it tuned. The merchant from whom I plan to buy a baby grand will move the spinet for free if I find a new home for it in the area. I would be happy to arrange for the student to try out the piano, and I can send a photo if there’s interest.
Thank you for your time.

Wurlitzer 3000 45

My instrument is a Wurlitzer 3000 45” vertical grand, serial number 1607192, purchased new in 1982. It has a walnut finish with a rather nice reddish tone. It has an absolutely wonderful tone, and can shake the walls when it’s opened up! It has not been tuned in some time since I no longer can play, so it will definitely need tuning. It appears that the felts are all in good shape and the key action is still good.
We are moving out of the area and unfortunately won’t have room for my piano.
Thanks again
Patty Runge

Piano Accompanist for Clifton Baptist Church

Our church, Clifton Baptist, is looking for a piano accompanist for our Sunday morning service.  Currently, we only have a pianist for the first Sunday of each month.  Perhaps one of the many piano teachers would be interested or would have a student that would be interested.  Services begin at 11 am and end around 12:15.  We use the Baptist Hymnal and the Celebration Hymnal.  Pay would be commensurate with experience.

Interested pianists can contact me, Cindy Ortega, at

Baldwin Baby Grand For Sale

I am trying to sell a Baldwin baby grand piano an estate sale client of mine. She mentioned that you have a bulletin board where this can be posted. The actual estate sale is scheduled to  take place on August 4 through 5, but will be available until that Monday, Aug 7.

It is a Baldwin Model M. Serial #3042018. This was built in 1992, and purchased in 1996 by the current owners. I believe that it is 5 or 5 ft 2 in, in size, but I am not sure. (It is currently in their home.)  It has been regularly tuned, last time in Dec 2016, and we do have the paperwork showing this. It did have a hammer key repaired at one point.

They are asking $10,000 or best offer. There is no tax or any other associated fees.

If anyone is interested, they can contact me and I will arrange a time to go look at the piano which is currently in the Haymarket, Dominion Valley area. (I have a key to the home and will be the one showing them the piano.) I can be reached at 703 201 3722.

I have attached some pictures below. I really appreciate your help in this matter. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions regarding this.
